By accessing and using this Website, Users agree to be bound by these conditions of access and use (hereinafter referred to as the “CAU“) set out below and all applicable laws.
By connecting to and accessing the Website, Users fully and unreservedly accept all the provisions of the CAUs which prevail over any other agreement that Users may have entered into with ALPINE.

Article 2: Intellectual property rights
Copyright and design right
ALPINE owns the intellectual property rights of this Website in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 113.5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The photographs, texts, slogans, designs, images, animated sequences with or without sound as well as all creations integrated in the Website are the property of ALPINE or of third parties that have authorised ALPINE to use them.
Reproductions of photographs, videos and illustrations from the “Media” section of the Website are authorised for journalistic purposes on any type of press medium (including printed and digital press), excluding the purchase of space and excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial purposes. Those photographs, videos and illustrations must not be modified with respect to the original file available for download in the “Media” section of the Website (including but not limited to editing, framing, cropping, DTP, quality, addition of logos, etc.). Such authorisation is granted worldwide, for a period of 1 (one) year beginning on the date of first publication.

Other trademarks are also cited and are generally identified by a capital letter. They are used by ALPINE either with the permission of their owner or as a mere indication of the products or services offered by ALPINE.
The reproduction, imitation, use or display of these trademarks without the consent of ALPINE or of their respective owners constitutes a copyright infringement punishable by four years’ imprisonment and a €400,000 fine.
Subject to the provisions of the CAU, Users may not copy, modify or reproduce, in whole or in part, and in any form whatsoever, the information or any elements included on the Website, or intervene on the Website or act in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of ALPINE and any third parties that have authorised ALPINE to use said rights. The use of any intellectual property rights belonging to ALPINE or to a third party that has authorised ALPINE to use such rights – where said use is not expressly authorised by the CAU – is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Applicable law
Except as otherwise provided in the laws of the User’s country, such as public order laws, the CAUs, the content and all the rights and obligations of the parties generated in connection with or relating to the use of the Website are subject to French law and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with French law.
The Parties must attempt to settle any dispute concerning the CAU, and access to and use of the Website out of court before submitting the dispute to the Courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal to which the parties grant exclusive jurisdiction, even where there are multiple defendants or in the event of claims for compensation from third parties.
Article 11: Update of GTC
ALPINE reserves the right to amend and update, without prior notice and at any time, access to the Website and/or the CAU. ALPINE shall endeavour to inform Users of any amendments or updates, in particular through the Website. These amendments and updates are binding on Users as soon as they are published on the Website. Users should therefore consult the CAU in force whenever they connect to the Website.
